Return and Exchange Policy
Hitmobile.pk believes in providing quality products to its customers every time, and therefore we only deliver products to our customers that are in good shape. However we still keep our Return and Exchange Policy open for our customers in case they have complaints for the products received. It is worth mentioning that Hitmobile.pk is not responsible in any way for the contents inside the box. However, there are certain conditions in which you can return and get a same worth product or a same item in exchange.
Conditions for being eligible for Return and Exchange Policy:
- Hitmobile.pk returns and exchange products if the contents in the box are found defected from the distributor’s side.
- You can return the product to Hitmobile.pk in case a wrong order has been delivered or the ordered product does not match the specifications of the received product.
- If you experience the above mentioned problems with your product then you need to return the purchased products within 24 hours after delivery.
You can return the products through following ways:
- Drop your damaged or faulty products at our nearest office along with your order number and complaint. Also do email / call us regarding the same.
- If you are unable to drop the product on your own, contact us and we will send our representative to re-collect the delivered item.
